The Selgros Retail Park will soon be built in Lubin. The main tenants will be Selgros Cash&Carry, Bricomarche and JustGym. Thanks to this investment, the abandoned shopping facility on Jana Pawła II Avenue will soon be able to welcome customers again.

The project involves a thorough modernization of the existing facility, and our company serves as the Project Management Company of this investment. The investor of the project is Transgourmet Polska Sp. z o. o., which is part of Transgourmet Holding AG, which belongs to the Swiss Coop Group based in Basel. Transgourmet and Selgros Cash & Carry are commercial brands used by Transgourmet Polska, and include food wholesalers for business and individual customers, as well as logistics centers and culinary institutes serving the hotel, restaurant and catering industry.

At the request of the Investor, during the design phase, our tasks included:

• Analysis of the technical documentation of the completed facility
• Recommendation of the scope of necessary changes in the aspect of currently applicable technical conditions in construction industry
• Analysis of the formal and legal status concluded with a recommendation on the procedure for carrying out design work
• Design supervision

In the implementation phase, we first analyzed the necessary demolition and repair works, together with their ordering and supervision. Currently, we conduct tender procedures for the selection of contractors for individual works, coordinate works on the construction site, conduct investor's supervision, control costs and schedules, and prepare financial and material reports. The last stage will include participation in the final acceptance and obtaining an Occupancy Permit for the facility.

The opening of the facility is planned for the first half of 2024.
