New contract signed - Substitute Investor
In July, we signed an Agreement for the function of the Substitute Investor for the construction of the Finejas logistics base in the Legnica Special Economic Zone.
The investor of the project is Finėjas Poland Sp. z o. o., which belongs to a group of five companies providing international freight transportation, forwarding and comprehensive logistics services. The company is a leader in transport and logistics in Lithuania, constantly expanding its activities on the European market as well. Finėjas has 2300 employees, owns 1400 trucks and has an annual turnover of over EUR 207 million.
The 118 670 m2 logistics base will include maneuvering areas, parking lots, sidewalks and a two-story office building with a hotel area for employees, and a separate two-story service building with a truck wash.
As the Substitute Investor of this project, we will perform the following tasks on behalf of the Investor:
- verification of project documentation
- developing a work schedule
- development of the investment budget
- conducting a full tender procedure for the selection of Contractors for the work packages
- construction project management along with coordination of work of individual contractors of work packages
- investor's supervision over the implementation of works in all sectors
- participation in acceptances
