The new seat of the WFOŚiGW (Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management) in Poznań, after a thorough renovation, is scheduled for use this summer. The building will serve as an office building with a conference section, and renovation works have been undertaken to adapt the existing facility to the new needs of the Employer.

The scope of the renovation included the replacement of front and side glass windows, replacement of front and side windows, demolition of partition walls, rearrangement of the office interior, social rooms and toilets, replacement and extension of lighting, replacement and extension of the heating, cooling and ventilation systems, replacement of the roofing and insulation walls.

KKBud performs the function of the Substitute Investor on this investment, representing the Investor at the construction site and investor's supervision until obtaining the Permit for the Use of the facility.
