At the end of the summer vacations, in the first line of the seaside resort, work began on the construction of The One apartment building. Our company acts as Project Management Company of this investment, carrying out the tasks of investment management, control of the material and financial schedule, multi-discipline investor's supervision, construction administration, participation in the final acceptance and support of formal and official procedures.

The investor of the project is Sun&Snow and the facility under construction will offer 109 apartments, a SPA zone with a swimming pool and sauna, and underground parking. All The One's apartments will have air conditioning, Smart Home - Tech and a terrace or balcony. On the ground floor there will be commercial premises.

The project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025.
