On commission by our current client - Yinun Setrab - we are implementing Project Management for the expansion of the Production Plant in Krzywopłoty.

The investment involves the construction of a new hall with its functional connection with the existing production hall on the premises owned by the Investor.

In the first stage, our company prepares the concept and technical specification of the hall along with technical drawings. The next step will be to prepare complete tender documentation and conduct the tender procedure for the selection of the General Contractor. At the construction stage, we will conduct Project Management along with comprehensive investor supervision in all industries and participation in the final acceptance of the investment.

The dimensions of the designed hall object:

• Hall dimensions: 20,5 m x 48,2 m
• Clear height of the hall - minimum usable height: 5,1m (according to the layout of the existing hall)
• Maximum height is about 8,5m

• Roads for cars and trucks
• Maneuvering areas
• Parking spaces for passenger cars
• Sidewalks
