The subject of the contract is the function of the Investor's Representative for the construction of a liquid gas refueling station in Rzepin.

    Supply of LNG tank and refueling technology with liquid LNG gas

    roads and pavements, landscaping, exits to Akacjowa Street, bumps and protective barriers

  • Accompanying infrastructure:
    road system, parking for trucks and cars
  • Installations:

    sanitary and electrical installations, including lighting, power supply to dispensers and a container, installation of sanitary and rainwater drainage systems and water supply to an office container; sanitary and rainwater sewage connections as well as water supply

Scope of work

  • Stage I: included the development of the investment implementation schedule and budget.
  • Stage II: concerned the tender phase - preparation of tender procedures, collection and analysis of offers, participation in negotiations with the Investor, recommendation of selection.
  • Stage III: construction management, work organization, investor's supervision, participation in the final acceptance of the investment until obtaining the Use Permit.
