The subject of the order was was technical supervision over the construction of an energy storage facility in the existing MAERK pharmaceutical warehouse in Mszczonów. The aim of the investment is to balance the energy demand and optimize the use of energy from PV installations (charging the energy storage during energy overproduction from PV installations and discharging excess generation after time).

The scope of KKBud's works included: selection of the contractor, design verification and technical supervision over the implementation and connection of the energy storage to the building's electrical system.

BMS (Battery Management System) functions - Battery Management System providing real-time information about the current operating status of the battery unit

Installation of air conditioning
IG 100 fire detection and extinguishing system
Preparation of the room and devices of the energy storage in a way that allows expansion to a capacity of 1598 kWh by adding additional batteries
