Construction of rainwater drainage – Św. Wawrzyńca street in Poznań

The subject of the contract was the service of performing the duties of the Contract Engineer along with the provision of investor's supervision and author's supervision services in the preparation and implementation of the investment task under the name: Construction of a rainwater sewage system with pretreatment devices at ul. St. Wawrzyńca - exit A39.

 

Characteristics of the object:

Construction of a rainwater sewage system and installation of devices for treating rainwater and snowmelt before introducing them into the Bogdanka river receiver in order to protect it against pollution. The works included, among others:

  • construction of a section of the rainwater drainage system, kd 600
  • construction of a separation well with an overflow in the place of the existing chamber on the kd1200 network
  • construction and installation of devices for treating rainwater and snowmelt
  • superstructure of the S1 well on the existing kd1200 channel
  • relocation of low voltage eANN power cables at the collision point with the planned SP well
  • construction of speed bumps made of red concrete cubes
  • total area of ​​the investment area: 5 252.48 m²

  • total length of the sewage network L = 24.8 m, pipes with a diameter of 600 mm

  • distribution well with an overflow and a flow regulator (SP) with an internal diameter 4,000 mm and a depth of 4.13 m

  • connection well with a depth of 3.91 m, internal diameter 2000 mm

  • whirlpool 1: total depth 7.35 m, outer diameter of the tank 6000 mm, volume 207.71 m³, total weight 94 800 kg

  • whirlpool 2: total depth 7.30 m, outer diameter of the tank 3300 mm, volume 62.41 m³, total weight 34 800 kg

  • oil separator: total depth 6.07 m, outer diameter of the tank 3300 mm, volume 51.98 m³

Scope of work

  • Preparatory stage - before construction: reading the design documentation, analysis of the documentation held by the Employer, preparation of the preliminary report; development of a draft material and financial schedule; active participation in works related to the procurement procedure carried out by the Employer in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law for the selection of a contractor for construction works
  • Construction stage: investor's supervision over construction works
  • Construction completion stage: verification of the completeness of the acceptance documentation prepared by the contractor of construction works and participation in the final acceptance of the works; acceptance of the completed works related to the removal of defects revealed during the final acceptance; verification of the completeness of the documents; supervision over the process of obtaining a permit to use the facility.
