– Extension and superstructure for the IKEA EMPUThe subject of the contract is Construction Management of the entire investment, which consists of investment process management and investor’s supervision for the extension with the superstructure of the existing Praktiker store building along with the change of function to the IKEA external warehouse.
Characteristics of the object:
The building has a partly prefabricated steel structure (hall pillars, roof girders)
Partially prefabricated reinforced concrete (mezzanine pillars, mezzanine floor, staircases, foundations)

The investment carried out in accordance with FIDIC, subject to BREEAM certification.
As part of the task, the entire structure of the building is being rebuilt, façade, roof and floor exchange. The building also obtains an additional mezzanine on which the part of the warehouse and the social/office zone will be located. In this building, a part of the area will be separated for rental to an external customer as a furniture store. In addition, the entire parking lot around the building is being rebuilt in the area of pavement construction and communication system. The building will be equipped with a sprinkler system with a pumping system and an external fire tank, new HVAC and electrical installations, SAP, SSP, DSO, etc.
