MAERSK warehouse in Mszczonów

The subject of the contract was Project Management for the construction of a zero-emission warehouse with a concierge desk and an office building intended for the pharmaceutical industry in Mszczonów in Żyrardów poviat. The warehouse building built from scratch is a zero-emission facility in which the most modern solutions in the field of building ecology have been implemented in order to achieve CO2 neutrality, such as: photovoltaic installation; air source heat pump or appropriate insulation thickness. The building obtained the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level with a score of 76,2%.

     irregular shape resembling the letter "L", with dimensions in the axes 67.0x192.1m and 42.0x67.8m

    15 305 m2

    220 115 m3

  • Height to the attic of the hall :

  • Office building :

    23.2 × 12.6 m along the external outline of the structure

    with a diameter of 13m

     for an octagonal-shaped tank in plan, dimensions: 14.0 × 14.0m

Scope of work

  1. Tender procedure for the selection of the General Contractor (preparation of tender procedures, collection and analysis of offers, participation in negotiations with the Investor, selection recommendation).
  2. Design Supervision.
  3. Exercising investor's supervision in the construction, road, mechanical and electrical industries.
  4. Service and participation in final acceptance.
  5. Cost control.
  6. Coordination of BREEAM certification.
