The subject of an agreement is a two-stage task involving management of construction investment of logistic center ELMEX in Jasin (community Swarzędz). The first stage consist the tender procedure for the selection of contractors, and the second is project management with investment supervision.

Tender procedure for selection of Contractors (development of rules and the Terms of Reference, the analysis of tenders, negotiations with bidders, recommendation) and the project management with construction supervision, including participation in final acceptance of investment.
