Our company has been selected to work on an investment of building a modern Aquapark in Lubin, i.e. a Lower Silesian Center for Rehabilitation, Recreation and Sports and Wellness for Seniors, Disabled and Physically Active People. The project involves the construction of a two-story facility with an aquatic recreation zone, a service-commercial arcade, a gym and fitness zone, a wellness center as well as a rehabilitation zone and outdoor swimming pools. It will be the most modern facility of its kind in Lower Silesia.

Total investment value is over PLN 250 million, and will also include an outdoor playground, a technical building, a transformer station building and a garbage shelter.

Our company, acting as Project Monitor - Bank Supervisor, will be responsible for assessing the feasibility of implementing the investment within the current cost estimate and planned budget, conducting site inspections, preparing reports (both preliminary, periodic and final) on the status of implementation and the level of progress of the investment in relation to the assumed schedule, and submitting reports to the investment lending institutions.
