The subject of the Agreement was the function of the Construction Manager in the process of preparing and executing the investment project of the SELGROS Warszawa – Piaseczno shopping center building at Kuropatwy and Puławska Street. The project was implemented in the form of “Construction Management” in the period of preparation, design before construction and during construction.

  • Additionally:

    in the hall was designed the Horeca area for wholesale catering supplies. In the main sales hall there is also a presentation point – a place for the organization of shows, promotions and tastings.

Scope of work

Stahe I –  Investor’s interests in the course of work related to the development of the Local Spatial Management Plan; preparation of a preliminary schedule for implementation of design and construction work; coordination, verification and supervision of the process of obtaining technical specifications for powering in the media; coordination of activities related to obtaining all the formal and legal documents required by law in the aspect of the proper communication of the plot.

Stage II – developing descriptions of works including measurements, i.a.: control of the completeness and quality of LVs in the scope of detailed description of the conditions of execution and acceptance of construction works.

Stage III – tenders, including: preparation of tendering procedure; analysis of offers; participation in the negotiations with a recommendation of choice.

Stage IV – site management, construction management including investor’s supervision, geotechnical supervision, coordination of external works.
