We have completed our role as Project Manager for the construction of the Transgourmet office building in Poznań. We managed the construction project for the Investor’s new headquarters comprehensively, dividing our activities into three key phases, namely:

• design supervision over the development of the complete construction design, technical designs, and detailed construction drawings
• conducting tender procedures for the selection of individual contractors, including recommendations to the Investor
• construction management, including investor supervision and administration of the Investor’s construction office, until the occupancy permit was obtained

The newly built headquarters of Transgourmet Polska features modern office spaces with a separate executive suite, a multimedia conference room, meeting rooms, dedicated offices for individual departments, and relaxation areas for employees. The office building was constructed without encroaching on the site—as an addition to the existing logistics hall.
