KKBud works as a project coordinator for Shopp.City
KKBud, commissioned by SentTo, performs project monitoring and coordination services during the preparation of multi-sector projects for Shopp.City retail parks in Gorzów Wielkopolski and Słupsk.
The investor is SHOPP.CITY S.A., which creates modern retail parks, places for everyday shopping and meetings that permanently fit into the commercial landscape of large urban agglomerations and nearby towns.
Characteristic:
- Słupsk - a retail park with an area of 7 926 m2 with an above-ground car park providing 294 parking spaces, located between Szczecińska, Grottgera and Krzywoustego Streets on plots with a total area of 65 688 m2
- Gorzów Wielkopolski - a retail park with a total area of 22 223 m2 with a car park at the facility providing 876 parking spaces located at Walczaka Street.
The scope of our work covers three stages, i.e. the initial phase, the conceptual design and commercialization phase, and the construction design phase with the preparation of documents for the building permit decision.
