On March 26, the Selgros Cash & Carry hall was opened in Białki near Siedlce. It is a modern and ecological facility, offering food and industrial products, although in a smaller format than the existing halls from this Investor. Selgros Cash & Carry is designed for individual customers, shops, smaller wholesalers, as well as for the HoReCa business, i.e. gastronomy, catering and hotel industry.

Despite the currently prevailing restrictions associated with coronavirus, the Investor managed to securely open for both: clients and employees, by maintaining proper procedures inside the store and in the parking lot.

Selgros Siedlce belongs to the Siedlce Shopping Park, which also includes the Stop Shop shopping center, KFC gastronomy and the Castorama store (currently under construction).

A ground heat exchanger will be used as the main heat source in the building - vertical heat exchangers will deliver heat energy stored in the Earth to heat pumps. Vertical collectors will be located in 192 holes 100m deep each, which gives the total length of vertical heat collectors - 19 200 m (almost 20 kilometers). The bottom source of the heat will be the ground collector.
