KKBud works as a Construction Management Company on the construction of an exhibition, service and commercial building in Szczecin at Białowieska Street and Mieszka I Street. Our company manages the construction process at all stages of this investment.

The building was designed with three storeys above the ground and one underground, in a reinforced concrete frame structure. The gross covered area is 21.561.57m2 and the usable area is 47 211.03 m2. The parking lot will create 575 parking spaces in the open garage, 427 in the external area, which gives a total of 1002 parking spaces for cars, buses and cars with trailers. In the external area there will also be sheds for shopping trolleys, information boards, flagpoles and 40 meters highan advertising pylon. Within the scope of supervised works will be also built an external water supply system, sanitary and rainwater sewage system, power installation and teletechnical sewage system.

A ground heat exchanger will be used as the main heat source in the building - vertical heat exchangers will deliver heat energy stored in the Earth to heat pumps. Vertical collectors will be located in 192 holes 100m deep each, which gives the total length of vertical heat collectors - 19 200 m (almost 20 kilometers). The bottom source of the heat will be the ground collector.
