We operate on behalf of the Investor / Employer. We’re not affiliated with any economic entity operating in the investment sector. As an independent consultant we take care about the realization of the investment project in accordance with the 3E Rule, that is effectively, economically and ethically.
We offer comprehensive management of investment projects and support investors through every stage of investment. We also offer comprehensive preparation of the investment and management of investment projects, we act as project supervisors, construction supervision, we control costs, make valuation for investors and audits. We also act as Engineer of the Contract during the performance of investments under FIDIC procedures. We work on projects in Polish, English and German.
The KKBud Company was founded by Krzysztof Komodziński, experienced engineer with over 30 years experience in the industry, as a result of market needs to meet the highest quality standards during the implementation of the investment. In his activity he have combined years of experience gained during the implementation of the investment on behalf of the main constructors and investors, which gives a guarantee of managing and supervising the whole process of construction in a manner consistent with the strictest requirements of the building knowledge.
Our main advantage is lack of capital relations with the other entities of the construction market, which could have an impact on our proceeding. We are an independent company operating just and solely in the interest of the investor.
