Transgourmet office building

The subject of the contract was project manager from the design phase through to the building’s completion together with the tender procedures.

The project itself involved the construction of a modern office building for Transgourmet by adding five stories to the HoReCa logistics hall located within the Selgros complex in Poznań.

Scope of work

technical support and representation of the Client throughout the entire investment process
design supervision over the development of the complete construction design, technical designs, and working drawings
conducting tender procedures to select individual contractors for the general contractor, electrical systems, and plumbing systems, along with a recommendation for the Investor
construction management, including coordination, investor supervision, and administration of the Investor’s construction office until the occupancy permit is obtained
